Grainger is a leading industrial distributor operating in North America, Japan, and the UK. They are seeking a bilingual customer service representative to join their team, promoting a mobilizing culture and offering value to customers.
Requirements
- Due to the nature of this position, bilingualism (English and French) is mandatory.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
- Experience within a customer service center.
- A strong desire and willingness to help customers in offering a friendly, well-informed, and hassle-free experience.
- Proven mastery of computer technology; use and navigation of multiple programs on a PC (Microsoft Office, Salesforce) and use of two monitors.
- Experience in personalized, proximity service with customers in a constantly evolving environment.
- The ability to work on-site.
- The ability to be comfortable sitting for up to 8 hours per day.
- A safe, distraction-free workspace dedicated to professional activity (required for home/hybrid work).
- A stable internet connection with the ability to provide proof of a speed of greater than 5 megabits per second for upload, 15 megabits per second for download and a ping of less than 80 milliseconds. (Required for home/hybrid work)
