Maintain and apply an educational training and development program for employees aligned with the company's strategies, coordinate, promote and detect training needs to manage courses so that employees improve their knowledge and skills and instill a greater motivation aligned with the fulfillment of results and achievement of the company's objectives, as well as maintain a culture of care for people.

Requirements

• Age: 25 years or older
• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Accounting or related field.
• Specialization: Human Resources
• Minimum experience of 2 years in similar position.
• Language: High command of the English language.
