Job Description
Clean, transport and store all pots and pans used in the food and beverage operations, maintain the pots and pans room, and ensure kitchen sanitation and cleanliness.
Requirements
- High School completion OR an equivalent level of education and experience
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of banquet set-up
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours
- Ability to bend, squat and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs.
