Job Description
GrandBridge Energy is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director, Field Operations to provide enterprise leadership for field operations and deliver safe, reliable, and resilient energy services across the service territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field
- Powerline Technician (Red Seal) certification
- Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) designation
- 10 years of progressive experience in electrical utility operations, infrastructure, or a comparable industrial environment
- 5 years of senior leadership experience overseeing field operations, construction, maintenance, or large-scale operational programs
