We're looking for a Customer Experience Engineer to join our team and help us maintain our high bar for technical support as we scale.
Requirements
- Proven Customer Support Engineer experience
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on experience with SQL, database queries, Cloud platforms, log analysis tools, customer support platforms, and basic coding/scripting
- Comfortable with modern AI-assisted coding tools
