As a Human Resources Business Partner at Graybar, you will partner with leadership and corporate HR to advise on HR strategies, policies, and procedures, and oversee recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
- 5 years' experience in Human Resources or a related area
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a large organization with complex systems and multi-site responsibilities (preferred)
- Four-year degree in Human Resources or a related field of study (preferred)
- HR certification (preferred)
