Growth Marketing Manager

Greenhouse is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team! The role will manage and optimize paid acquisition programs across channels, partner with internal stakeholders, and drive high-quality pipeline and ARR.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in growth, performance, or paid media marketing in a B2B SaaS or similar long-sales-cycle environment
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns in at least two major paid channels
• Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, including audience/targeting strategy, bidding, budget pacing, creative testing, and full-funnel metrics
