Smile Doctors is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join their growing team. The Growth Marketing Manager will manage growth strategy execution and optimization of paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Manage paid acquisition performance across key channels including paid social, search, YouTube, programmatic, and retargeting
- Manage budget allocation based on monthly and quarterly production goals, identifying opportunities to scale or course correct
- Manage agency partners to ensure accountability, transparency, and continuous performance improvement
- Manage the acquisition funnel and conversion strategy, including landing pages, booking flows, and consultation experiences
- Manage lifecycle and nurture marketing programs for unqualified leads, non-converting leads, and retargeting audiences
- Manage growth reporting and performance analysis, maintaining dashboards that track progress against targets
- Identify funnel bottlenecks and present clear, data backed recommendations
- Support growth forecasting based on media spend, conversion trends, and operational capacity
- Manage experimentation and innovation efforts, including testing new channels, creative frameworks, messaging angles, and tools
- Support pilot programs and growth initiatives that expand reach, access, or conversion opportunities
