We are seeking an Implementation Specialist II to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The role involves project setup, client trainings, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and experience in software implementation and customer service.
Requirements
- Complete complex software project setups and modifications as required by the client
- Answer incoming support calls and emails
- Utilize Asana checklists and follow protocols for each project setup
- Transfer/escalate issues to other team members as required
- Utilize Intercom ticketing system to manage client requests
- Submit software development requests and bugs to development on behalf of users
- Training and providing ongoing support to other Implementation Specialists to assist with setups
- Assist with planning and coordinating user communications as necessary
- Assisting Technical Account Management with clients to ensure their setups are enabled correctly
- Assist the Digital Project Manager with clients to maintain the company’s projects, such as audits and checklists
