The Human Resources Business Partner will be a critical role on Green Thumb's People Team, supporting the Production facility as we scale rapidly and sustainably. The HRBP will align business objectives, HR strategy, and talent to achieve growth, execute HR programs, policies, and practices, and communicate proactively with site General Manager and site Leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Organizational Development
- 7+ years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner
- Experience supporting a production, distribution, or high-growth, fast-paced and complex work environment
- Experience leading in union environments
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence and confidently interface with all levels of the organization
- Highly motivated, self-directed, able to work with minimal supervision
- Effective organization and planning skills as well as solid analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
