Cook

This cook position is on-site and involves preparing food according to recipes, maintaining a sanitary work environment, and fulfilling customer orders. Experience in a restaurant is preferred, but hospitality and customer service skills are also important. The role requires strong attention to detail and adherence to standards.

Requirements

• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items
• Know and comply with kitchen rules and procedures
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
• Follow proper plate presentation and garnish setup
• Handle, store, and rotate products
• Close the kitchen properly
• Attend team meetings
• Food Handler Certification is required
