Requirements
- 2–4 years of direct SaaS sales experience in a fast-paced, high-activity environment
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong prospecting and closing skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in using HubSpot (or similar CRM) and working with sales metrics
- Grit, resilience, and a performance mindset
