IS Onsite Engineer

Grundfos is seeking an IS Onsite Engineer to provide frontline IT infrastructure support across its facilities, ensuring seamless operations and driving continuous improvement of the onsite IT environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting instincts, excellent communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset. The role requires a hands-on IT professional with experience in IT onsite support or desktop engineering, and knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals. The position is based in Székesfehérvár or Tatabánya, and requires traveling between factories.

Requirements

• Provide onsite IT support including troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and conferencing equipment
• Install, configure, and maintain local network infrastructure, servers, and end-user hardware
• Resolve escalated incidents and service requests within SLA targets, coordinating with global IT teams as needed
• Manage local IT asset lifecycle including procurement, deployment, and decommissioning
• Support site-level IT projects such as office moves, infrastructure upgrades, and new technology rollouts
• Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base to improve first-time resolution rates
