As an IS Onsite Engineer, you will provide frontline IT infrastructure support across Grundfos facilities, ensuring seamless operations by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while driving continuous improvement of our onsite IT environment.
Requirements
- Provide onsite IT support including troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and conferencing equipment
- Install, configure, and maintain local network infrastructure, servers, and end-user hardware
- Resolve escalated incidents and service requests within SLA targets, coordinating with global IT teams as needed
- Manage local IT asset lifecycle including procurement, deployment, and decommissioning
- Support site-level IT projects such as office moves, infrastructure upgrades, and new technology rollouts
- Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base to improve first-time resolution rates
