Requirements
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and suppliers
- Receive and respond to incoming customer communications in a timely manner
- Support the GT Sales Engineers with quoting, entering orders, and expediting orders
- Identify and document opportunities for additional sales and pursue them
- Resolve quality issues, application issues, and customer complaints
- Negotiate profitable pricing and other commercial issues
- Understand distributor business strategy
- Utilize solutions-based selling skills
- Document all activities in GT’s CRM system
- Work as a team with fellow GT employees
