Guardsquare is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join the Talent team in Leuven. The successful candidate will be responsible for filling open positions at various levels, steering the entire hiring process from identifying needs to closing successful hires.
Requirements
- Work closely with hiring managers to define needs and structure the recruitment plan.
- Create job announcements.
- Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and through referrals.
- Interview candidates (phone screening calls, video interviews, and in-person meetings).
- Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboard.
- Collaborate with Marketing and oversee internal and external recruitment communication.
- Participate in hiring events such as job fairs and network events.
- Manage collaboration with external recruitment agencies.
- Help maintaining recruitment and ATS best practices and optimizing hiring processes.
