Corporate Recruiter Scale-Up

We're looking for a Corporate Recruiter who will take on the entire recruitment process and contribute directly to the company's future at Payter, an innovative international scale-up. The role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the entire recruitment process, and contributing to employer branding.

Requirements

• Ability to adapt your approach to different target groups and job levels.
• Experience with using an ATS, assessment tools, and social media for recruitment purposes.
• Knowledge of international recruitment and European labor law.
• Fluency in English and ability to switch between hiring managers and candidates in an international work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
