Guidepoint is seeking a VP, Account Executive - Client Service to promote subscription-based research service to various business units within existing clients, driving long-term retention and growth. This is a hybrid position in our New York City office.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, relationship management, or consultative sales
- Proven track record managing renewals and negotiating contracts
- Demonstrated success driving upsell and cross-sell revenue
- Experience managing mid-sized to large B2B client portfolios
- Strong executive presence and ability to build C-level relationships
- Commercially minded, proactive, and highly accountable
