Senior Manager, Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits and Wellness)

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to oversee the design, implementation, and management of GuideStone's total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Master’s Degree, preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably within a Fortune 500 company or a top-tier consulting firm
• Strong proficiency with compensation tools and platforms
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Workday and survey platforms
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification, highly preferred
