See’s is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Benefits & Total Rewards, to lead and modernize our benefits function and help shape a more integrated total rewards strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of management experience in benefits, compensation, or total rewards
- Strong expertise in benefits administration and compliance
- Working knowledge of compensation principles and structures
- Experience improving or rebuilding processes in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across teams
