Requirements

• Develops, recommends, implements, and administers compensation programs
• Manages various activities of the compensation team
• Consults with HR Leaders and HR Business Partners
• Provides advice on pay decisions and policy interpretation
• Prepares modeling and forecasting of salaries and bonuses
• Participates in salary survey preparation and submissions
