Job Description
Accurately prepare oysters for raw and cooked consumption. This on-site role requires preparation, washing, and maintaining a clean workspace, ensuring oysters are served with attention to detail and a positive attitude. It involves following established procedures and provides quick shucking, preparing oysters for customers based on GCRG standards.
