Strategic Partner Manager for a growth-oriented company, responsible for developing and implementing a strategic framework for partnership cooperation, identifying key partners, negotiating partnership agreements, and ensuring partner performance and compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic partner management, supplier development, or business transformation across multiple functional areas.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and steer complex stakeholder relationships across regions.
- Ability to translate corporate strategies into concrete partner plans.
- Comprehensive understanding of contract management, pricing structures, and financial implications.
- Excellent user knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI.
- In-depth understanding of end-to-end business processes (Order-to-Cash, Service-to-Invoice, Supply Chain).
- High competence in data interpretation for performance management and decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at all levels.
- Fluent German and English.
