Requirements

• Experience in a kitchen/cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
• Experience leading and developing a team
• Ability to understand, interpret and explain key kitchen financial performance indicators
• Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience
• Sound understanding of food safety concerns
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
