Job Description
As the Head Cook at Guzman y Gomez, you will aid in training and growth of the kitchen team, provide support to the Restaurant Manager, and oversee key metrics such as COGS, labor, and operating expenses.
Requirements
- Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience
