We are looking for a Head Cook at Guzman y Gomez who can aid in the training and growth of the entire kitchen team and provide support to the Restaurant Manager in overseeing key metrics.

Requirements

• Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
• Experience leading and developing a team
• Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience
• Sound understanding of food safety concerns
