Warehouse Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our team in Thatcham, working in partnership with a prestigious running footwear and apparel brand. The successful candidate will lead a high performing team of flexible and engaged colleagues, focusing on delivering operational excellence.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong leadership skills, able to coach others to drive and implement change
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities, plan and organise a warehouse operation
• Strong IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office
