Requirements
- Strong understanding of market trends, industry standards, and competitors’ hiring practices.
- Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and pipeline management.
- Ability to track and analyze key recruitment metrics and use data to optimize processes.
- Knowledge of workforce planning and forecasting hiring needs.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment for technical and/or non-technical roles.
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Advanced English.
