Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including 10+ years leading teams in high-growth tech environments or multinational organizations
• Fluent in English and French, with additional European languages considered a strong plus
• Proven track record of building the teams that enable growth in new markets
• Collaborative leadership skills, with the ability to develop and empower high-performing teams
• Confident communication skills, with the ability to partner with C-level stakeholders and influence decisions at all levels
