Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• 10 years in team management
• Experience in fast-growing tech environments or international organizations
• Collaborative leadership and ability to grow high-performing teams
• Analytical and data-oriented with ability to transform insights into concrete recruitment strategies
• Fluent mastery of English and French
• Bilingual mastery of English and French, prior experience in team management, and international expansion experience are essential criteria
