Gymreapers is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee full funnel recruiting efforts, executing day-to-day recruiting operations and delivering high-quality HR support.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of recruiting experience
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong sourcing abilities
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
