Job Description
As a Total Rewards Partner, you will lead the execution of rewards programs, drive consistency and compliance with global policies, and partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to support organization-specific reward strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in compensation, benefits, rewards, variable pay, job role framework
- Awareness of market policies and practices and ability to analysis market data
- Experience completing WGEA submission and working with Mercer Job Framework and Salary Submission.
- Strong analytical, advisory, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Proven experience working with senior HR and business stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with the ability to visualise and analyse data
- Proficiency in English; written and verbal
- University degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Values driven with a growth mindset
