Total Rewards Partner serves as an advisor to senior leaders within Unity’s five business functions and is a core member of the People “Trio”. Partner closely with senior functional leaders to design, implement, and deliver Unity’s compensation and headcount planning programs.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in compensation, rewards, or total rewards consulting, preferably in a technology or high-growth environment
- Demonstrated ability to advise business leaders on compensation strategy, pay decisions, and market trends
- Familiarity with market pricing, incentive/bonus plan administration, or equity programs; ability to learn and scale quickly into advanced areas as needed
