The Total Rewards Partner serves as an advisor to senior leaders within one of Unity’s five business functions, partnering closely with senior functional leaders to design, implement, and deliver Unity’s compensation and headcount planning programs. This role requires a high degree of autonomy and judgment, leveraging centralized rewards expertise as needed.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in compensation, rewards, or total rewards consulting, preferably in a technology or high-growth environment
- Demonstrated ability to advise business leaders on compensation strategy, pay decisions, and market trends
- Familiarity with market pricing, incentive/bonus plan administration, or equity programs; ability to learn and scale quickly into advanced areas as needed
- Strong analytical, spreadsheets, and communication skills; experience with Workday, Pave, or similar systems preferred
