Occupational Therapist

H2 Health Prime Living is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide 1:1 care in senior living communities in Arvada and Lowry. The therapist will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric caseload with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurologic movement disorders, ADLs, and cognitive decline. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in Occupational Therapy, active or eligible state license, and prior experience preferred but not required. The role offers flexible schedule, no weekends or holidays, and a full benefits package.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Experience: Prior experience preferred, but new graduates welcome
• Qualifications: Active or eligible state license to practice
