Occupational Therapist

H2 Health Prime Living seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide 1:1 care to residents in senior living communities. The therapist will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric caseload with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, and cognitive decline. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active or eligible state license to practice
• Prior experience preferred, but new graduates welcome
