The company is seeking a mission-driven leader to own and scale its direct-to-consumer ecommerce channels as Director of Ecommerce, driving growth through strategy, operations, and leadership.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience scaling DTC ecommerce brands on Shopify with paid social
- Proven track record growing brands beyond $20M in revenue
- Deep fluency in Meta and TikTok Ads and high velocity creative testing
- Hands-on with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Postscript
- Understanding of bundles, upsells, funnels, and LTV
- Ability to write, review, and optimize high-converting landing pages
- Comfortable leading a remote team with clear cadences and accountability
