Director of Finance

Hadley Designs seeks a Director of Finance to lead the company's financial future, driving growth, profitability, and strategic clarity. As a purpose-driven team, you'll build scalable systems, manage cash flow, and lead financial strategy to support the company's next era of growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA or CPA strongly preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including 3+ years in leadership
• Proven success in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Experience implementing scalable systems and automation in growing organizations
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, compliance, and tax standards
• Proficiency with tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, or advanced Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Experience in e-commerce or multi-channel retail (preferred)
• Collaborative mindset and the confidence to influence executive-level decisions
