Category Sourcing Manager professional services (m/f/d)

The Hager is looking to strengthen its Indirect Sourcing with a Category Sourcing Manager professional services (m/f/d). The role will be based in Obernai (France) or Blieskastel (Germany).

Requirements

• Academic degree or relevant Industrial / business management / information technology / engineering education
• A minimum of 7 years' experience of purchasing
• Operational and technical savvy – potentially related to Consultancy, Project Management, Agile Methodology in Digital environments
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and collaborate across departments, businesses, geographies and disciplines
• Strong presence and interpersonal skills, with the drive to build effective partnerships with key internal stakeholders, vendors / service providers and other business partners
• Proven negotiation skills with understanding of contractual negotiation, development, and local regulations
