Halcyon Home is seeking a compassionate, strategic, and community-driven Hospice Community Liaison in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate is passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and has experience in home care sales, social work, or geriatric care management.
Requirements
- Sales experience in senior care industry is preferred, Hospice Sales experience is a plus!
- Clinicians are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of senior care needs and resources available in Austin
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
