Requirements
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the organization's strategic objectives
- Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters
- Conduct employee relations investigations and provide recommendations to management
- Manage employee performance management, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Recruit, interview, and hire new employees as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports
