Customer Service Representative - Food Industry

Halperns Steak & Seafood is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide friendly and efficient customer service, order processing, and delivery support to customers via phone, email, and internet. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly motivated, and have experience in inside sales or customer service.

Requirements

• Serve as liaison between the Outside Sales Representative and customer.
• Develop and Maintain customer relationships.
• Supports and partners within assigned division and customer assignment.
• Manages customer orders manually and completes timely callbacks/e-mails to discuss edits and confirm complete orders.
• Maintain current knowledge of product and system status within divisions to assist Outside Sales Representatives and customers.
• Serves as information resource to Outside Sales Representatives, on product related questions regarding inventory levels and general product information
