Job Description
Regional Human Resources Manager - South East Asia: oversee HR operations, implement the HR component of the Program's STRATOP, advise the Regional/Country Director, and more.
Requirements
- University degree in human resources management or other discipline relevant to the position
- Fluent in English (written, spoken)
- At least five years of experience in Regional HR Manager positions
- Experience in humanitarian sector
- Proficiency in Compensation and benefit and payroll management
- Proficiency in competency development and performance management
