We are seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to join our team in South East Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the HR component of our Program's STRATOP, overseeing HR activities, and advising the Regional/Country Director on major reorganizations of the Program's human resources.
Requirements
- University degree in human resources management or other relevant discipline
- Fluent in English (written, spoken)
- At least five years of experience in Regional HR Manager positions
- Experience in humanitarian sector
- Proficiency in Compensation and benefit and payroll management
- Proficiency in competency development and performance management
