Requirements
- Completed commercial or HR-related education or degree
- 5-10 years of experience in operational HR, ideally in a manufacturing company
- Experience in recruiting commercial employees
- Leadership experience in small teams or in responsible project management
- Knowledge of labor law and safe handling of MS Office and HR systems (DATEV advantageous)
