Job Description
Hansen Technologies is seeking an experienced executive to join as Vice President, Legal & Commercial and significantly influence the legal stability, commercial clarity, and business future-proofing of Hansen Technologies Germany.
Requirements
- Lawyer with a successful second state examination or equivalent international qualification
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in an international company or a leading law firm
- Familiarity with German economic, contract, and labor law
- Experience advising global organizations
- Negotiation skills for complex contract structures
- Entrepreneurial, strategic, and solution-oriented thinking
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Leadership skills and ability to manage external law firms
