We're looking for an Enterprise GTM Lead to build and lead the North America sales team, drive regional revenue target, and partner with the CEO and GTM leadership to refine our ICP, messaging, and go-to-market playbook.
Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales
- At least 2 years managing quota-carrying reps or a regional team
- Experience selling into enterprise accounts with complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Hands-on familiarity with AI, automation, or workflow software
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding regional revenue targets
- Strong executive presence paired with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and work the deal directly
