Job Description
Harbinger is seeking a Tech Line Specialist to join their Customer Deployments team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer fleet technical support, managing tier 1 support on the web portal, and developing and refining issue tracking systems and processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years' work experience in customer service
- Experience in automotive repair
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to self-start, manage, and execute to completion given tasks with varying levels of advance information given in various written and verbal formats
