Job Description
Harbor Group Management Company is a multi-billion dollar real estate investment and property management firm seeking a passionate, goal-oriented Assistant Property Manager for its multifamily residential community. The ideal candidate will support the Property Manager in overseeing financial, operational, and administrative functions, with a focus on resident relations, rent collection, and leasing support.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of experience in multifamily property management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Property Management software experience
- Valid driver's license required
