Harbor Group Management Company is a multi-billion dollar real estate investment and property management firm seeking a Property Manager to oversee the operational and financial aspects of a property with 500+ units.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in multifamily property management
- Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Developed supervisory and leadership skills
- Experience in rent collection, G/L postings, daily deposits, and SODAS
- MRI knowledge is highly preferred
- Solid experience with MS Office
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
